We are hiring candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive for our US and UK-based Partnered companies to work from our Call center located at Alama Iqbal Town Lahore Office.

Job Role

  1. Handling Customer and our business Partner Inquiries via Email, Live Chat, and Inbound Calls
  2. Resolving Customer/Partner Complaints in a specific turnaround time.
  3. Making following up outbound calls to our affiliate partners and Customers to resolve their issues
  4. Investigating customer reviews etc.
  5. Back-office Management and Admin tasks
  6. Processing Orders Online
  7. Data Entry and backend admin tasks
  8. Ensure to provide First Contact resolution in the most effective way
