Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital product initiatives focused on health and wellness, ensuring alignment with EFU Lifes long-term WIN vision.
  • Expand the user journey by coordinating across various segments and platforms to create intuitive and high-value digital wellness experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, IT, and customer experience and coordinate with external partners, including third-party wellness technology providers.
  • Leverage customer behavior data and insights related to app usage and health engagement to inform product development and enhance features effectively.
  • Support the planning of app features, ensuring go-to-market readiness, and create tailored communication strategies for diverse customer segments.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and platform engagement metrics, iterating on strategies to boost product adoption and achieve long-term impact.
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless execution of product roadmaps and to balance the diverse priorities of various insurance segments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in health tech, wellbeing platforms, and insurance-led wellness programs, integrating relevant practices into product offerings.
  • Utilize solid knowledge of UX/UI principles to design engaging digital journeys and facilitate effective customer lifecycle design.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to share insights, updates, and strategies with stakeholders and team members.
