Responsibilities:

Ensure adequate staffing, manage daily operations, and monitor performance indicators to achieve sales targets and maintain productivity
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback, while fostering a positive work environment and organizing motivational activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, manage system usage, and handle employee conflicts or tasks delegated by the Head of TSM and CSGS

Confident communicator, & strong organizational & planning abilities with a professional approach
Data analysis & reporting
Collaboration & teamwork
Sales process knowledge
Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc) are required

Qualification: Master's/Bachelor's degree

Experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience. Telco and branchless banking experience is a plus
