We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ELCON ASSOCIATES. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil works and have extensive experience in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
Qualifications:
- DAE (Civil)
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of project management, construction, and engineering principles
- Experience with tenders and project costing
- Experience with high-rise buildings, roads, and other industrial and public health sector projects
- Expertise in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, including reconciliation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage quantity surveying activities for various construction projects
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial management
- Handle tendering processes and project cost estimations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines
