We are a fast-growing digital marketplace for travel and tourism in Pakistan. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated local Sales Representative with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in following up on leads provided and closing sales for our digital travel and tourism platform. This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and requires 1-2 years of sales experience in the local market. We offer a competitive fixed salary in addition to attractive performance-based incentives & travel allowance, along with ample growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads provided through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Regularly add new tour operators and tours to the organization database.
  • Identify potential clients & operators, and engage in effective sales conversations to promote our online travel and tourism platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients & operators to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our platform in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide valuable feedback and insights for enhancing the sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proven track record in sales, with 1-2 years of experience in the local market.
  • Passion for sales and a target-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
  • Good working knowledge of using spreadsheet software.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
