We are seeking a competent and organized HR Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure company HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and followed across departments.
  • Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for the timely processing of salaries, leaves, and attendance tracking.
  • Handle employee queries, support conflict resolution, and help foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/systems.
