We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, ensuring the highest standards are met across raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. This role is essential in maintaining product quality through inspections and testing during all stages of production.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Conduct real-time online inspections during production to monitor product consistency.
- Track and report statistics on the qualification rate and document causes of product defects.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare inspection reports and ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality inspection or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of testing procedures and quality assurance methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
