We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Assistant based in Daska to help drive our expansion and growth in regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distributor Development: Identify and align new distributors in the assigned region.
• Sales Growth: Implement and monitor innovative marketing strategies to boost product sales.
• Field Visits: Conduct daily market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and promotion.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, including customer feedback, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
• Supply Tracking: Monitor stock movement and supply flow to distributors and retailers.
• Reporting: Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to the head office based in Gujranwala.
• Market Insights: Guide the management with regular updates on ground-level market conditions.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in field sales or marketing (FMCG or cosmetics sector preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must own a motorbike (with valid driving license)
