We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This work-from-home position is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for managing schedules for clients and employees, ensuring all shifts are covered at least one week in advance, and updating vacation requests, call-offs, and client-requested changes. You will also ensure the scheduling portal is consistently up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and employees, delivering superior customer service.
  • Assign clients to appropriate employees and efficiently manage schedules.
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff to secure last-minute coverage.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to employees clearly and promptly.
  • Inform managers and clients of any schedule or staffing adjustments.
  • Ensure all scheduled shifts are adequately staffed and completed, maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work 6 days a week with 9-hour shifts (Evening and Night Shifts)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor.
