- Create the purchase order in the system for all imports.
- Create the shipments for all imports.
- Maintain TT list on a daily basis for all imports
- Check the WEBOC status for all items under clearance and give an update to the import manager.
- Create an I form in WEBOC.
- GET I form approved from the bank.
- Recheck all the documents for TT payments through banks:
- Invoices (already created for clearance)
- Packing list (already created for clearance)
- BL Copy
- Goods Declaration Copy
- Custom Challans
- 2 undertakings created on specific company letter head for the following purpose
- Declaration of payment through said bank only and not any other bank
- Request to do payment on company behalf.
- Make a copy of all TT payment documents for company record
- Submit all swift documents to process the payment to supplier
- Follow up on TT Payment until swift copy is received and file appropriately.
- Submit the swift copy to the management to email the supplier for confirmation by the supplier
- Check the account details of supplier for open market TT payments, from emails/invoice to make sure they are correct.
- Create detail of open market payment to be done and share it with the import manager (including the following).
- Account detail (account number)
- Swift code
- Bank name of supplier
- Name of supplier
- Address of supplier (optional)

Qualification: B.Com or relevant degree
