Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers & retain existing ones.
Design branding strategies, execute digital marketing campaigns through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels and coodintating sales & marketing efforts.
Develop Trade marketing activities, trade shows and increase brands awareness among applicators, retailers and customers.
Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.
Identify Market Trends, consumer Behaviors, and competitor activities to inform trade marketing initiatives.
Create and Oversee the production of trade marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the Company’s brand messaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, including individual sellers, businesses and third-party service providers.
Monitor and Analyze the effectiveness of Trade Marketing Campaigns, leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize ongoing initiatives.
Monitor and Analyze the effectiveness of Marketing Campaigns using data to make informed decisions and Adjustments.
Provide reports and insights on trade marketing performance to relevant teams.
Manage the trade marketing Budget and monitor expenses to track ROI for various Trade Marketing Initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
