We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Engineering Manager to lead a newly established team dedicated to the reliability, robustness, and performance of our AI-driven features and services. This leadership role is critical in ensuring that our AI-powered solutions maintain high precision and consistent performance in production environments. The successful candidate will build and develop a team of engineers and analysts focused on data analysis, debugging, root cause investigation, and addressing edge cases and failure modes within our AI stack. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with applied AI teams, product engineering, quality assurance, customer success, and support teams to bridge the gap between real-world usage and AI system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers and analysts focused on AI system reliability and performance.
- Oversee data-driven analysis and debugging efforts to identify and resolve production issues and edge cases.
