We are looking for a fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering with a solid understanding or academic background in power system protection. This is a long-term opportunity for someone passionate about working on real-world projects in substation protection, relay coordination, and electrical system analysis. The position is fully remote, offering a chance to work and learn from home with direct mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in protection system design and relay coordination studies
Support in preparing technical documentation, schematics, and reports
Learn to use industry-standard software tools (e.g., ETAP, PowerFactory, PSCAD, etc.)
Participate in ongoing protection-related projects under supervision
Perform technical research and standard referencing (e.g., IEEE, IEC)
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (recent graduate preferred)
Knowledge of protection relays, fault analysis, and power system fundamentals
Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role
Good communication skills and self-discipline for remote work
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic drawing tools (AutoCAD or similar) is a plus
Prior coursework, internship, or final year project related to power systems is highly desirable
What I Offer:
3-month training period with stipend of PKR 50,000/month
