Engineering Project Manager

Nestlé is looking for a Junior Level Engineering Project Manager to join its Sheikhupura Factory on a full-time basis within the Operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project execution and coordinating efforts across various stakeholders. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to oversee capital investments related to fixed assets, including the relocation and optimization of existing assets as well as acquiring new ones. The position covers the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptual studies through to project closeout. A proactive leader is needed to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals, while delivering results on time and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the fulfillment of the Vertical Project Brief by reviewing project objectives and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Organize and manage on-site project execution to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Mobilize and coordinate both internal and external resources, securing necessary personnel and materials to support project success.
- Provide timely updates and escalate issues to the steering committee to keep all parties informed of project progress.
- Develop and evaluate team members, offering guidance to enhance their skills and overall performance.
- Coach the project team to foster a collaborative environment that drives team success and productivity.
- Manage project communications to ensure all stakeholders, including external partners, are well-informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the registration of new assets and the removal of obsolete ones, maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies.
- Strictly adhere to WHO and local codes, particularly avoiding any direct contact with pregnant women and mothers of infants and young children in a business capacity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3-4 years of project management experience, including defining, budgeting, assessing, and implementing projects through their entire lifecycle.
- Strong ability to coordinate and mobilize cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Thorough understanding of costing guidelines, finance, and accounting principles.
- Proven track record of delivering results by working collaboratively with diverse teams.
