As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the company. You will lead a team of professionals, ensure operational efficiency, and align our business goals with market trends and customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt company strategies accordingly.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations across teams including development, IT support, and client services.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Team Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive business development efforts to expand client base and market presence.
Technology Innovation:
- Stay informed about advancements in IT and software development to keep the company at the cutting edge.
- Guide the adoption of tools and technologies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in IT or software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Financial and business acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
