We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to optimize and manage our online stores across platforms such as Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, Amazon, Ebay and other marketplaces. This role is pivotal in driving traffic, enhancing conversion rates, and increasing sales through strategic cross-platform marketing campaigns. Candidates with a proven track record in managing e-commerce stores, particularly in the art, handmade products, or creative niches, will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Store Management:
- Oversee and optimize the performance of online stores on Amazon Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Enhance product listings with engaging descriptions, high-quality visuals, and SEO-optimized keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate pricing, and implement promotional strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Analyze store metrics regularly to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic improvements.
Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
- Design and manage paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media ads, and sponsored posts.
- Create engaging content such as social media posts, reels, and videos to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach and visibility.
- Utilize retargeting strategies and promotional offers to convert potential customers into loyal buyers.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and assess campaign performance and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards.
- Leverage data insights to refine marketing strategies, optimize conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing key performance indicators and growth recommendations.
Brand Development & Customer Engagement:
- Ensure brand consistency across all e-commerce platforms and marketing channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the art, handmade products, and e-commerce industry to drive innovative marketing strategies.
- Foster community engagement through social media interactions, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing e-commerce stores on platforms such as Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong expertise in running successful social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, marketplace algorithms, and digital advertising strategies.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms.
- Exceptional creativity with outstanding communication and copywriting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Sports, handmade, or creative product niche.
- Knowledge of email marketing, influencer collaborations, and retargeting techniques.
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ years in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related role.
