We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock / Crypto Trading Manager to lead our trading operations, manage portfolios, and develop winning strategies—with a primary focus on U.S. stock markets and crypto assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute daily trading activities, primarily in U.S. stocks, as well as crypto markets.
Develop and refine high-conviction strategies based on technical, fundamental, and sentiment analysis.
Monitor portfolio performance and implement disciplined risk management practices.
Collaborate with data analysts and tech teams for algo or automated trading improvements.
Identify and act on short-term opportunities and long-term macro trends.
Generate regular performance and strategy reports for internal stakeholders.
Stay updated with financial market news, economic data releases, and blockchain trends.
Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience in live trading U.S. equities and cryptocurrencies.
Demonstrated profitability and consistency across volatile markets.
Deep knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., TradingView, Binance, Thinkorswim).
Strong technical analysis skills; chart patterns, indicators, and volume reading.
Understanding of risk management, order flow, and execution strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
FINRA Series 7/63 (preferred, but not mandatory).
Experience with crypto exchanges, wallets, and DeFi protocols is a plus.
Strong discipline, independent decision-making, and clear communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Python or R for backtesting and data analysis (optional, but a plus)
Familiarity with automated or API-based trading strategies
Exposure to staking, futures/options, and decentralized finance platforms.
Key Skills:
Technical AnalysisAbility to analyze charts, indicators, and price action to predict market movements.
Fundamental Market AnalysisEvaluating financial statements, macroeconomic data, and news to make informed stock trades—especially for U.S. markets.
Risk ManagementExpertise in stop-loss placement, position sizing, drawdown control, and overall portfolio protection.
Trading Platform ProficiencyHands-on experience with platforms like Thinkorswim, TradingView, Binance, and Coinbase Pro.
Order Execution & Market TimingSkill in placing market/limit orders efficiently and catching key entry and exit points.
Crypto Ecosystem UnderstandingFamiliarity with crypto assets, wallets, exchanges, staking, DeFi, and blockchain fundamentals.
Data-Driven Decision MakingUsing backtesting, historical data, and live metrics to refine strategies.
Emotional Discipline & PsychologyRemaining calm under pressure, avoiding overtrading, and following a structured trading plan.
Communication & ReportingClear and timely updates on portfolio performance, strategy rationales, and market outlooks.
Adaptability to Market ConditionsAbility to shift strategies between bullish, bearish, and sideways market environments across both stock and crypto sectors.
