We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building engaging and functional user interfaces that delight our clients and users.
Key Responsibilities
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and create personas.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing and responsive interfaces that align with brand guidelines and meet business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Feedback Integration: Gather feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve user experiences.
- Accessibility Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Research Skills: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Development Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to approach challenges with creativity and a user-first mindset.
