Program Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Officer to join our Equine Therapy Program team. As a Program Officer, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing our equine therapy initiatives, ensuring the smooth delivery of transformative interventions to our participants.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Equine Therapy Program Manager to plan, implement, and oversee equine therapy sessions and workshops.
Coordinate logistics for the program, including scheduling sessions, arranging participant assessments, and managing necessary paperwork.
Assist in the development of customized equine therapy plans for participants to achieve their therapeutic goals.
Work closely with our team of experienced instructors and equine specialists to ensure a safe and enriching experience for both participants and horses.
Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations to monitor participants' development throughout the program.
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to promote the program and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Maintain accurate program documentation and data collection to support program evaluation and reporting.
