IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager at ERC International, you take charge of overseeing various technology projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You apply your expertise in project management methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies, to facilitate project planning, execution, and completion. In this role, strong communication skills are critical, as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. You also employ resource management techniques to optimize allocation and usage of project resources. Experience with Microsoft Project and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite are essentials for tracking project progress and managing budgets effectively. Although this position does not involve managing a team, you play an essential role in guiding team members and ensuring they are equipped with the information they need to succeed. Your ability to converse in Arabic is an added advantage that fosters better communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in IT project management, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the technology sector while maintaining high standards and fostering collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate daily scrum meetings and ensure transparent communication among team members.
Manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with approved financial resources.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that arise.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure project deliverables meet these needs.
Utilize Microsoft Project to create project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Implement Agile methodologies to promote flexibility and responsiveness to changing project requirements.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Support team members by providing guidance and resolving any conflicts to maintain a productive environment.
