Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development

Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the client base.

Team Management

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to the team.

Sales Execution

Create compelling scripts for sales calls and client interactions.
Conduct cold calls to generate leads and close high-value deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Pipeline Management

Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to closing.
Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and outcomes in the CRM system.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and other departments to align strategies and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital services (e.g., web design, digital marketing, SaaS, etc.).
Proven success in creating and executing sales strategies.

Skills:

Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation abilities.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team effectively.
