We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Manager Stores to manage the inventory and dispatch operations at our Sialkot office. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely dispatches to local customers, and smooth ERP integration while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory records, including receiving packed materials from the Muridke unit, maintaining stock for local orders, samples, and walk-in customers, and ensuring accurate ERP documentation.
Oversee the timely dispatch of goods to local customers, coordinating with logistics and admin teams for transport and maintaining proper dispatch logs.
Conduct regular stock-taking, reconcile physical inventory, and propose improvements for efficient store operations while adhering to 5S safety protocols.
Handle stock for samples and walk-in customers, ensuring proper labeling, accessibility, and replenishment, and manage the return of materials with systematic storage.
Work on ERP integration for all departments, resolving any errors in line with established standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 5-7 years in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Education: B.A., B.Com., or a degree in a related field from an HEC-recognized institute.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to work with simulated reports and datasheets.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI tools.

General Skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to absorb technical knowledge and actively listen.
Professional dossier and email writing proficiency.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
