Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage weaving activities in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Prepare Outsourcing Service Plans (OSP) and weaving recipes in ERP.
- Monitor and inspect fabric production in grey and finished forms.
- Coordinate order flow from yarn preparation to finished goods dispatch.
- Support the development of new articles and R&D initiatives.
- Maintain detailed quality inspection records and packing lists.
Required Qualification:
- BSc. Textile Engineering with specialization in weaving from a reputable institution.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in weaving operations and vendor coordination.
Critical Skills:
- Strong management and administrative abilities
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in ERP and production planning tools is a plus
Personality Traits:
- Hardworking and consistent performer
- Willing to travel frequently
- Detail-oriented with a proactive work approach
