We are seeking a results-oriented Manager in Finance to oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, audit management, and costing analysis. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing costs, and collaborating across departments for operational efficiency. Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills are essential to drive financial performance. The position focuses on managing audits, taxes, cost structures, and mentoring teams for organizational success.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct financial analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Review and report on withholding taxes and sales tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Monitor and address any issues related to pending supplier and customer invoices.
Lead and ensure the timely completion of the annual audit process.
Resolve audit queries and liaise with auditors to maintain compliance.
Develop and maintain costing sheets for the Stitching and Gloves departments.
Work closely with production and PPC teams to optimize cost structures and meet budgetary goals.
Mentor team members and enhance the department’s operational efficiency.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure financial alignment with company goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background: ACCA or ICMA certification from a recognized institute.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the textile industry.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
Expertise in financial analysis, bookkeeping, and tax regulations.

Communication Skills:

Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
