Key Responsibilities

Security Operations & Facility Management

Oversee and manage all security protocols across the factory, including production units, power plant, residences, and construction sites
Plan and implement security personnel rotation schedules to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
Conduct regular inspections of all premises to identify vulnerabilities and enforce safety measures.
Improve the existing security systems through updated policies and procedures.
Lead change management initiatives related to security enhancements.

Technology & System Management

Operate and monitor security systems including CCTV, alarms, access control, and other security gadgets.
Ensure regular maintenance and upgrades of all security equipment.
Keep digital records and generate security reports as needed.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Train and supervise security personnel to maintain high standards of discipline and vigilance.
Coordinate with departmental heads and administration to align security measures with operational needs.
Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
