Major accountabilities:

Assist in developing innovative textile products, conducting trials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with market trends and product goals.
Conduct market research, act as a sourcing agent for fibers and materials, coordinate with vendors for outsourced operations, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
Perform quality checks, maintain quality standards, monitor sample status, and provide updates to stakeholders while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Criteria

Minimum of 3 years in textile product development.
Educational background.
B.Sc. Textile Engineering or Textile Technologist from an HEC-recognized institute. Computer Literacy.
Advance Excel supremacy.
Ability to work with simulated reports and datasheets.
Ability to work with Internal software/ERP.

General Communication skills.

Ability to absorb technical knowledge while being a good listener.
Ability to write/answer professional dossier and emails.

Candidates having hands-on experience in product development, sourcing, and vendor management within the textile industry.
