We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Manager Spinning to lead and oversee spinning operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the DGM Spinning on departmental development, ensure production alignment with goals, and drive operational excellence through strong leadership and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the DGM Spinning on machine procurement, parts acquisition, and expansion plans, ensuring production processes align with organizational goals.
- Oversee spinning operations, address production challenges, and implement improvements in collaboration with the Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager Spinning.
- Monitor and approve quality metrics and reports, ensuring SAP ERP data accuracy and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the spinning team, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting training initiatives.
- Work on ERP integration across departments, addressing and mitigating errors in accordance with set standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 7-10 years in a spinning department within a textile unit.
Education: B.S. in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology from an HEC-recognized institute.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel reporting and ERP systems, with experience in Power BI tools.
- Strong ability to work with simulated reports, datasheets, and internal software.
General Skills:
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Professional email and dossier writing ability.
- Effective listening and technical knowledge absorption.
