Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive ETL test plans and test cases to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data. Validate data transformation, data quality, and reconciliation processes to maintain high standards. Utilize SQL scripting for data validation and support automation testing initiatives. Work closely with developers and business analysts to fully understand ETL requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to guarantee robust test coverage. Conduct parallel and cross-browser testing to verify consistent application performance across different environments. Actively participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review sessions. Maintain detailed documentation of test results, defects, and process improvements to support continuous quality enhancement.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing, with a strong emphasis on data validation and quality assurance. Proficiency in SQL scripting for effective data verification and test automation. Demonstrated ability to design, create, and execute detailed test plans and test cases. Practical experience with Selenium and Java for automation testing. Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Page Object Model and Page Factory. Strong understanding of batch jobs, data flow testing, and data quality validation techniques to ensure reliable data processing.
