MS Excel Specialist

We are looking for an MS Excel Specialist with strong spreadsheet skills to assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting. This is an entry-level role, and even high school students with good Excel knowledge are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Enter and organize data in Excel spreadsheets
Create and maintain reports using formulas and basic functions
Use filters, pivot tables, and charts to summarize data
Perform data cleaning and formatting tasks
Assist in automating repetitive tasks using Excel macros (if capable)
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

Basic to intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, conditional formatting, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to organize and analyze data effectively
Good problem-solving skills
No prior work experience is required—just a willingness to learn!

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

Knowledge of Pivot Tables and basic macros
Understanding of Google Sheets
Experience with data visualization tools in Excel
