The Technical Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise, solution design to support the sales. This role involves working closely with web portals, partner onboarding, compliance, IT infrastructure, and technical training to ensure. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking, servers, storage, IT systems, and cloud technologies, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web & Partner Portal Management

  • Oversee the onboarding and management
  • Maintain and update portal-related documentation and user guidelines.

2. Partner Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure that all required technical compliance.
  • Manage and maintain partner certifications, and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, solution proposals, and reports.

3. Technical Training & Certifications

  • Take part in technical training programs and obtain relevant industry certifications.
  • Provide training sessions to internal teams on new technologies and solutions.

4. Technical Support & Virtual Meetings

  • Conduct virtual meetings with partners and internal teams to discuss technical solutions.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support, assisting in solution design and architecture discussions.
  • Collaborate with sales, IT, and operations teams to address client and partner technical concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

  • Experience in network administration, server configuration, and storage management.
  • Hands-on expertise in IT hardware configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of BPO solutions, cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong understanding of partner compliance, documentation, and web portals.
  • Familiarity with technical training programs and certification processes.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with partners and internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, IT administration, or partner management.
  • Prior experience in the BPO industry or working with partner ecosystems is a plus.
  • Industry certifications (CCNA, AWS, Microsoft Azure, ITIL, etc.) are preferred.
