Telesales Representative

This position is responsible for generating new sales of home internet services through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone to present and sell home internet service packages.
Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Overcome customer objections and address concerns effectively.
Accurately enter customer information and sales data into the CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions.
Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong listening and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
