• Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes,
  • Job advertisement creation, internal and external postings, and collaboration with the manager.
  • Manage interview scheduling, orientation, and onboarding procedures.
  • Prepare job descriptions for new positions.
  • Maintain and update employee files and records.
  • Collect and verify new hire documentation, including contracts, CVs, & policies.
  • Facilitate the completion of performance appraisals and provide results to the supervisor.
  • Manage payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 
  • Provide administrative support for employee confirmation and final settlement processes.
  • Ensure timely processing of requisitions and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior.
  • Other tasks related to job.
