Key Responsibilities:

Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Help with organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
Assist in data entry and maintenance of employee records and databases.
Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
Conduct thorough research on assigned topics, utilizing various sources such as databases, academic literature, and online platforms.
Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist in designing and formatting presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent software.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Getting first-hand experiences of different trainings, seminars and job fairs.
