Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for family members.
  • Organize and coordinate personal and family-related events, such as school activities, birthdays, and social gatherings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications, on behalf of the family.

Household Management:

  • Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules for property, vehicles, or appliances.
  • Manage household inventories and supplies.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Plan and book travel, accommodation, and itineraries for family vacations or business trips.
  • Ensure all necessary documents, such as passports and visas, are up-to-date and organized.

Financial Assistance:

  • Assist with budget planning, tracking expenses, and managing family accounts.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements for family-related expenses.

Child/Education Support:

  • Coordinate school-related activities, including parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and homework schedules.
  • Research and enroll children in programs, courses, or camps as needed.

Miscellaneous Tasks:

  • Handle personal shopping, gift purchasing, and returns.
  • Run errands, such as picking up dry cleaning, groceries, or medications.
  • Act as a liaison between family members and external contacts.
