We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting persuasive proposals and engaging with potential clients on Upwork. If you're a great communicator, enjoy writing, and are excited to start your career in the freelancing world, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and projects on Upwork.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling proposals to win projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and showcase how Strugbits can help.
- Track and report on proposal success rates and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that all client requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to tailor proposals to specific client needs.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Freshers are welcome to apply! No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is a must.
- Have knowledge of proposal writing .
Days: Monday- SaturdayTimings: 09pm-6am
