We are seeking a strategic and data-driven SEO Manager to lead our global SEO initiatives. This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a digital environment, is self-motivated, and has a proven track record of driving organic growth through innovative SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to identify growth opportunities.
Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts across multiple websites.
Collaborate remotely with content creators, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability).
Manage link-building campaigns and digital PR outreach.
Stay updated on algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure strategy alignment.
Mentor junior SEO team members and interns in a remote setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.

Proficiency with:

Google Analytics & Google Search Console
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar tools
CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
Strong technical SEO knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, site architecture).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites.
Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX principles.
