We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator and Operations to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO, particularly in research and development initiatives, and requires a proactive approach to managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the CEO to support R&D activities and daily operational needs.
Efficiently manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management.
Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Follow up daily task list with team
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Ensure task compliance with set deadlines through effective follow-ups and checklists.
Facilitate communication and coordinate tasks among team members to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Handle email marketing campaigns and other communication tasks.
Adapt to various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple responsibilities.
Maintain professionalism in remote work settings and utilize computer skills effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Operations 5 year experience .
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving, team management, and organizational skills.
Experience with email marketing and proficiency in using digital and remote work tools.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate project needs and timelines.
