This full-time, on-site Sales Operations Coordinator position is located in DHA Phase 6, Bukhari Commercial. The role involves working from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with limited remote work available on Sundays. Offering a monthly salary between PKR 100,000 and PKR 125,000, this role is essential in supporting daily sales activities, managing real estate listings, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of property transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily sales operations by uploading, assigning, and monitoring leads, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Create and manage real estate listing advertisements on platforms such as zameen.com, while maintaining inventory and sales databases within CRM systems.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and key performance indicators for management review.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, property brochures, and client proposals to support the sales team.
- Coordinate effectively with marketing, sales, and finance departments to ensure seamless execution of property deals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory documentation, contracts, and client onboarding processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available projects, pricing structures, and ongoing promotions.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to sales agents, including attending property site visits as required.
- Participate in the enhancement of internal systems and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Deliver comprehensive CRM training to new sales team members to ensure consistent use of tools and processes.
- Manage and account for sales data related to projects, sales personnel, commissions, and revenues.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is mandatory. A master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or sales support roles, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
