• Making daily calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages to students to give reminders of upcoming payments and amounts overdue and e-mailing vouchers for installments due
  • Get confirmation of payment via e-mail, or WhatsApp
  • Maintain daily log of phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and email
  • Preparing and sending cancellation notices for defaulting students
  • Motivate students face to face or on calls to pay fee
  • Close co-ordination for Account Receivable staff and ensuring booking of amounts received and receivable.
  • Maintain recovery data sheet and reconciliation of amount received with Account Receivable
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Have complete product knowledge of EC College offerings
  • Must be connected with the Finance, Admissions and Academics team for every new admission or query of students.
  • Work with other departments to verify and record transactions and resolve account discrepancies
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting students
  • Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Production and distribution of monthly statements
  • Assist with external enquiries (parents and students) regarding their accounts.
  • Achieve monthly recovery target of at least PKR 02 million
  • Achieve monthly collection of 100%
  • create monthly activity calendar for ensuring all requisite actions/practices are done and completed on monthly basis.
  • Ensure that each admission is presented to the Accounts Officer for financial information dissemination to student/parent, as per the diploma/program seeking admission
  • Have a bi-monthly update session (scheduled and minutes recorded) with Support Officer at Academics
  • Any other related tasks assigned by the Line Manager
