Job Title: Graphic Designer & UI/UX DesignerCompany: Ezify SMC Pvt.
Ezify SMC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. If you have a creative mindset, a passion for design, and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and UI/UX, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including websites, mobile apps, social media, marketing materials, and more.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for new features and enhancements to existing products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
- Create high-quality visual content, including illustrations, icons, and layouts, that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and apply them to the design process.
- Ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital and print materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design and UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects) and other relevant tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work across various digital platforms.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research, creating user personas, and mapping out user journeys.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
