Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential business clients through cold calls to introduce our services.
- Identify and understand the needs of the businesses and align our offerings accordingly.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, including those which resulted in successful partnerships.
- Develop and follow a consistent calling schedule.
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone equipment.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales quotas.
