We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operations in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the operational activities of the Islamabad region, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Oversee logistics, fleet management, and team performance to meet organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success and address gaps.
Manage and train a team of staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and streamline workflows.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the cargo courier industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using logistics and operational management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the cargo courier industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
