This role focuses on delivering high-quality support through voice interactions and avatar-based communication. The ideal candidate will excel in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a seamless and engaging experience through both traditional voice channels and advanced avatar platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Voice Interaction:

  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Document call details and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on voice-based support.
  • Familiarity with avatar-based communication tools and platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
