Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively to close deals that maximize revenue for the company.

  • Monitor sales metrics and trends, providing regular reports and insights to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze customer engagement and feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on CRM software usage and best practices in sales coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all sales activities.
