As the Officer of Billing & Collection at Falcon-i (Pvt.) Ltd., you play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process. Your primary responsibility is to manage accounts receivable while ensuring that all invoicing and payment processing activities are conducted seamlessly. You will interact closely with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies while maintaining professional relationships. Although this position does not require managing a team, you will collaborate with various departments to optimize financial operations and enhance customer experience. Your expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and billing software will be essential in streamlining processes and improving overall collection rates. Your ability to communicate effectively will enable you to negotiate terms and follow up on outstanding invoices while maintaining a positive rapport with clients. In this role, your analytical skills will help identify patterns in billing issues, enabling you to implement improvements that enhance accuracy and reduce errors. You will also be responsible for generating financial reports that provide insights into collections performance and support strategic planning within the company. This position requires a proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset to effectively manage customer accounts and ensure timely collections of receivables.
Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.
Generate and issue accurate invoices using billing software, ensuring prompt delivery to clients.
Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve them swiftly.
Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding outstanding invoices, providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with various departments to address client billing inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
Analyze account payment histories and trends to identify potential risks and develop response strategies.
Negotiate with customers on payment terms and settlements while fostering strong professional relationships.
Prepare financial reports detailing collection activities, outstanding invoices, and cash flow forecasts.
Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of invoicing and collections.
Stay updated on industry best practices and billing policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
