The Assistant Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, and assisting in process improvements to optimize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned, coordinated, and monitored warehouse activities.
- Supervise and support warehouse staff in daily tasks such as picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, productivity, and turnaround times.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or equipment.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work.
