General Manager

The General Manager for Shine Clinics, Skin & Teeth, will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinic's operations and ensuring its successful launch and management. Reporting directly to the CEO of Fatima Jinnah Dental College, the General Manager will be responsible for both administrative and operational tasks to maintain high standards of service and profitability.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:

Overseeing daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff coordination.
Ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction by implementing effective service protocols and addressing feedback.
Managing and training a multidisciplinary team, fostering a professional and motivated work environment.
Developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to attract and retain clients.
Monitoring financial performance, including budgeting, revenue generation, and expense control.
Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Acting as a liaison between the clinic and the parent organization, Fatima Jinnah Dental College, to align goals and initiatives.
Identifying opportunities for growth, new services, and partnerships to enhance the clinic's reputation and reach.
Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
Ensuring the clinic's ambiance and facilities meet high-end standards suitable for its central and high-profile location.

This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure Shine Clinics operate efficiently while upholding its reputation as a premium healthcare and aesthetics provider.
