Key Responsibilities:

Cargo Booking and Management:

Coordinate and manage cargo booking, including container allocation and cargo manifest preparation.
Monitor cargo loading and discharge operations to ensure timely and accurate handling.
Handle documentation related to cargo bookings, manifests, and bills of lading.

Vessel Operations:

Collaborate with vessel operators and agents to ensure the timely arrival and departure of vessels.
Oversee cargo stowage and discharge plans, working closely with the vessel's crew and stevedores.
Address operational issues and discrepancies during vessel operations.

Customer Service:

Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requirements.
Provide regular updates to clients on the status and progress of their shipments.
Proactively manage and resolve any service-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure that all shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping instructions, are accurate and compliant with regulations.
Stay updated on international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.

Cargo Tracking and Reporting:

Implement tracking systems to monitor cargo movements and provide real-time updates to clients.
Generate operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational efficiency.

Coordination with Stakeholders:

Collaborate with internal departments, port authorities, customs officials, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient cargo handling.
Work closely with agents, carriers, and service providers to ensure a seamless supply chain.

Cost Management and Process Improvement:

Identify cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements in cargo and vessel operations.
Participate in the development and implementation of operational improvements.
