The Site Supervisor (Civil) will have sound knowledge of finishing works in high-rise building project and will ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely completion of project.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with Management Staff and contractors to ensure smooth execution of project according to specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, defects, or areas requiring improvement in finishing works.
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff working on site.
- Prepare progress reports, updates, and documentation related to projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least 05 years of relevant experience of finishing works in a high-rise building project.
- Expertise in tile work, paint work, ceiling work, woodwork, and glazing work, etc.
- Preference will be given to a person knowing surveying works.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
