Construction Estimator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This position includes a three-month structured training program designed to build skills in reading construction drawings, performing quantity takeoffs, and preparing cost estimates for various flooring types such as carpet, tile, LVT/LVP, wood, and resilient flooring.

During the training period, a monthly stipend will be provided. Candidates who successfully complete the training and pass the final assessment will be offered a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Learn to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda.
Assist in performing accurate quantity takeoffs using software such as Measure Square, PlanSwift, Callidus, or Measure by RFMS.
Support in calculating material and labor costs for various flooring systems.
Collaborate with senior estimators to review scope changes and assist in change order preparation.
Help maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Participate in client communication and progress reporting as needed.
Adhere to internal standards of accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

Requirements

Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying, AUTOCAD Civil, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and flooring systems is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; exposure to estimation or takeoff software is advantageous.
Should be proficient in reading, understanding, and writing English. Spoken English will be a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The candidate must be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
Must be able to commute to the office daily (this is not a remote position).
